WAGING Miss Eco International 2025 ang bet ng Pilipinas na si Alexie Brooks sa ginanap na grand coronation night kagabi, April 19 sa AlZahraa Ballroom, Hilton Green Plaza, Alexandria, Egypt.
Ito na ang ikatlong Miss Eco International crown ng bansa kaya naman mas naging markado pa ang Pilipinas sa naturang pageant.
Gumawa rin ng kasaysayan si Alexie bilang “first black woman” na kinoronahang Miss Eco International. Ipinasa sa kanya ni Miss Eco International 2024 Angelina Usanova ng Ukraine ang titulo at korona.
Nanalo rin si Alexie ng Best in National Costume dahil sa ibinandera niyang Philippine Eagle-inspired costume na ginawa ni Tata Blas Pinuela.

At siyempre, ang talagang nagpanalo sa kanya sa pageant ay ang kanyang winning answer sa Q&A portion. Ang tanong, “Imagine the world in 2050. What’s one thing you hope has changed?”

Sagot ni Alexie, “If you want me to be realistic, climate change is impacting our world right now. And the only thing that we can do is to act towards it.
Brothers and sisters, ladies and gentlemen, we have the same mother even if we came from different nations. And we in here are brothers and sisters right now.
“And our mother is asking for our help. So we must save our planet Earth and we must take care of our Mother Earth. Thank you so much,” buong sagot ng dalaga.
Ang dalawa pang Miss Eco International ng Pilipinas ay sina Cynthia Thomalla (2018) at Kathleen Paton (2022). Puro first runner-up naman sina Maureen Montagne (2019), Kelley Day (2021), at Chantal Schmidt (2024).
